On Thursday 29 September 2016, General Romain Mancinelli, Chief of Staff of the Luxembourg Army, officiated at the swearing in of eight new non-commissioned army officers.
The eight sergeants have attended NCO training courses at the following:
• Campus of Saffraanberg in Sint-Truiden (Belgium) from 5 January 2015 to 24 July 2015;
• the Land Competence Centre, "Infantry" department at Stockem (Belgium) from 25 August 2015 to 13 November 2015;
• the Land Competence Centre in Heverlee (Belgium) from November 2015 to June 2016.
