Open-Air Production of Mother Courage and Her Children Announced

The University of Luxembourg's theatre group, the Great Poet's Society, has announced that it will be performing Mother Courage and Her Children on Sunday 12 September 2021 at 17:00 at the open-air Amphitheater in Berdorf in the Mullerthal region.

This production, an abridged version of the original Brecht's classic, anti-war play in English, will last 75 minutes. It is being run as a CovidCheck event where people must produce copies of their Vaccination Certificate on paper or electronically.  

Synopsis: The play tells the story of a woman’s (sometimes humourous, sometimes tragic) experiences during the series of religious conflicts in Europe from 1618 – 1648.
