Great Poets Society to Put On Open-Air Performance of "Mother Courage and Her Children"

The Great Poets Society theatre ensemble will be putting on a performance of "Mother Courage and Her Children" at the "Breechkaul" amphitheatre in Berdorf (Mullerthal) on Sunday 12 September 2021 at 17:00.

Directed by Natalie Werle, the production is supported by Espaces Cultures at the University of Luxembourg and features Veronica Badea, Agnes Darabos, Philip Dutton, Aymeric Fouquier d'Herouel, Kamil Grzyb, Valerie Scott, Daniel Siemsglüß, Jan Thoemel and Michele Tigori.

The play was written by Bertolt Brecht, translated by David Hare and abridged by Natalie Werle.  

Running time: 1 hour 15 minutes.

The venue is accessible by car or by public transport (bus line 110 / 111 to Berdorf, then a 15-minute walk to the amphitheatre). Since the ampitheatre is an outdoor venue, spectators are advised to bring a jacket as well as something to put on the bench in case it is damp.
