Luxembourg's Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs has confirmed that Minister Jean Asselborn will participate in an extraordinary meeting of European Union foreign ministers devoted to the situation in Afghanistan.
The meeting of European Union foreign ministers is being held later today, Tuesday 17 August 2021, by video conference.
The video conference, convened by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, will be entirely devoted to the situation in Afghanistan.
