After the reported success of last year’s events, the multi-functional venue Rotondes in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie has announced a new roster of dance-related events taking place in January 2025.
These include:
- Wednesday 8 January 2025 @19:30 -22:00: Open Floor House Dance
Luxembourg’s KnowEdge dance organisation will host a one-hour introduction session to "House Dance" with Dimey (a recognised dancer and educator from the Grand Est region) where participants can learn the fundamentals of house dance. This will be immediately followed by a second, "open floor" session where participants can practice their dance skills freely in the company of both amateurs and professionals.
- Thursday 9 January 2025 @20:00 -22:00: Open Floor Hip Hop Dance
The KnowEdge dance organisation will also host an open floor "Hip Hop" dance event where participants can practice and show off their hip hop freestyle skills along with other participants as well as the KnowEdge crew.
Both events are open to all skill levels (aged 12+) and will be presented in both French and English. Entry is free for first time participants.
These events will be repeated every week throughout January.
