The Philharmonie Luxembourg is organising a live ciné-concert of the 2014 film "Birdman", featuring a drums solo by Antonio Sánchez, on Thursday 7 November 2019 at 20:00.
Black humour and a healthy dose of self-irony won Birdman the Oscar for Best Picture in 2015: Alejandro González Iñárritu painted an evocative, drastic image of the absurdity of the superhero industry, while also sensitively recounting the story of a great dream.
This is a coproduction of the Philharmonie Luxembourg and the Cinémathèque de la Ville de Luxembourg.
Ticket sales begin on 6 September 2019 at 10:00.
