The 12 Pubs of Christmas

The 12 pubs tour will start at the Christmas Market on Place d'Armes at 18:45 sharp. The last participants to arrive must buy a drink for the best Christmas jumper-wearing participant!

Pub tour itinerary

- Upper town: Xmas Market (18:45 - 19:30); Urban (19:30-20.00); Colony (20:00-20:30); Tube (20:30-21:00); Epic (21:00-21:30); D’Cliq (21:30-22:00)

10 minutes to get to Grund

- Grund: Fire & Ice (22:20-22:50); Scotts (22:50-23:20); Oscars (23:20-23:50); Liquid (23:50-00:20)

10 mins to get to Clausen

- Clausen: FU bar  (00:30-01:00), Pyg (01:00-02:00)   Optional: after party at Obar for those still able.....  

Rules:  

1. CHRISTMAS JUMPERS ARE A MUST. This these can be embellished with any home made decorations such as flashing lights, tinsel, baubles, ivy etc. Head atire

such as Santa hats, antlers, etc., are encouraged. Anyone not suitably and festively dressed can make use of the goods on sale at the market. You have been given ample notice!!!

2. 1 drink per pub per person

3. Shots are recommended, but nonetheless optional – however at the committee’s choice certain establishments will be geographically ear-marked as shots pubs, e.g. 1 uptown, 1 in Grund and 1 in Clausen for timing considerations, to raise spirits (excuse the pun!), etc.

4. 12 Pubs to be visited in 7.15 hours between 18:45 and 02:00.

5. The local 12 pubs committee shall outline the exact schedule

7. No changes to the schedule are allowed for any reason.

8. Food may be consumed on the course, provided rule 2 is still adhered to.

9. Extra Pubs may be undertaken before, during or after the event, provided Rule 2 is adhered to.

10. The first to finish their drink in each pub must call “5 minutes”, this gives the other contestants 5 minutes to finish their drinks and begin moving to the next pub.

11. The committee's decision is final.   All participants are welcome. This event is open to Irish Club members and non-members alike.
