An inclusive family event organise by nestwärme Luxembourg will take place on 13 May 2023 at Lottoforum Petrisberg in Trier, Germany from 11:00 to 15:00.
nestwärme Luxembourg asbl is an organisation that provides a family relief network for families with children with disabilities and illnesses, accessible to all families concerned in Luxemburg.
The event will have a varied programme to offer: a live charity concert, activities for children, a live football tournament, Ape Piaggio round trips for children, followed by a walk at 13:30 and a reception at the future building site of the nestwärme children's hospice.
The nestwärme branch in Germany and the one in Luxemburg work together for the Greater Region and have over twenty years of expertise in accompanying and supporting families in challenging life situations, especially as a result of children with disabilities.
A large part of this expertise is the children's hospice work, which is currently anchored in outpatient structures in the Greater Region. With the construction of a new nestwärme house on the Petrisberg in Trier, their activity will expand to include the partially inpatient and inpatient area of children's hospice work.
Nestwärme is organising this family festival in order to inform interested and affected families about their work. Experts in children's hospice work, care and education will be present. There will be information stands in addition to the extensive children's entertainment programme.
