As part of Freedom tour, the Soweto Gospel Choir from South Africa is performing at CAPE - Centre des Arts Pluriels Ettelbruck, in 1, place Marie Adélaïde, L-9063 Ettelbruck on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 November 2022 at 20:00.
The three-time Grammy Award-winning choir on back of their recent success for Freedom (Best World Music Album) will perform African Gospel. The choir sings in six of South Africa's eleven official languages.
For the first half of this concert, the choir will perform "Songs of the Free". Following that, the performers will present international gospel classics including their take on James Brown's "I feel good", Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" and "Amazing Grace".
