On Monday 6 October 2025, Luxembourg-based job website Moovijob.com published its latest attractiveness index, highlighting how employers in the Grand Duchy rank against each other.

Launched in early 2024, the attractiveness index is designed to help Luxembourg-based companies measure their brand as an employer and compare themselves to their peers. For the latest index, Moovijob.com conducted a new study during the twelfth edition of the Unicareers fair, held on Friday 26 September 2025 at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

According to Moovijob.com, the attractiveness index is calculated based on the average ratings received by a company at Moovijob Day, across the following three criteria:

- Stand aesthetics (Does this stand make me want to meet the company?)

- Clarity of messaging (Is it easy to understand what the company does, its sector, jobs, projects, corporate culture, etc.?)

- Representatives on site (Do they make me want to engage in conversation?)

With an attractiveness index of 4.72 out of 5, the Luxembourg Space Agency (LSA) earned first place. According to Moovijob.com, a “well-designed stand, warm colours, entertainment and well-managed queues” proved to be the winning formula for the agency.

In second place was POST Luxembourg, with an attractiveness index of 4.66. Moovijob.com said POST “successfully attracted the public with a beautifully decorated stand and a clear, impactful message”.

In third place, and in the top three for the first time, was Banque centrale du Luxembourg which recorded an attractiveness index of 4.65. Moovijob.com remarked that “a smiling team, along with an open and highly visual stand, enabled the company to spark genuine enthusiasm”.
