Yoga practitioner Constantinos Giannetakis has announced an Iyengar Yoga workshop taking place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November 2025 at Cabinet Gutenkauf (76 Rue de l’Alzette) in Esch-sur-Alzette.
The sessions, entitled “Alignment from Within: Creating a Feedback Loop Between Sensation and Action”, are scheduled for Saturday from 13:30 to 16:30 and 17:30 to 19:30, and for Sunday from 11:30 to 14:30and 15:30 to 17:30.
Constantinos Giannetakis has been a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga since 1992. He obtained his teaching certification in London in 2002 and later founded the first official Iyengar Yoga Centre in Athens in 2003, where he led the first local teacher training programme. With a background in clinical psychology, he combines alignment-based teachings with a focus on clarifying the biomechanics of asanas and pranayamas, guided by the belief that “the study of the body, nature and breath offers insight into the mind.”
