Pakistan Forum Luxembourg (PFL) has announced that it is organising a cultural event at Kulturschapp Ehlerange in Sanem (15 Rue Kulturschapp, L-4380) on Saturday 21 September 2024 from 12:00 to 19:00.
PFL is gearing up to celebrate Pakistan's first Cultural Day in Luxembourg. This event aims to introduce the rich traditions of Pakistan to Luxembourg, featuring food stalls, arts and crafts, carnival games, live music and charitable activities.
The event is free to the public and attendees can enjoy a variety of traditional Pakistani food stalls, with special dishes curated by the event sponsor. The organisers added that visitors can enjoy authentic flavours, "offering a true taste of Pakistan's diverse cuisine". In addition to the culinary experience, the event will showcase handmade arts and crafts, including textiles, pottery and jewellery, available for purchase. Families and children can look forward to carnival-style games and fun activities. The Cultural Day will also feature charitable stalls where donations can be made to support various local and international causes. To top it off, a lively music hour will feature live performances of traditional and modern Pakistani music.
"We are proud to celebrate the first Pakistan Cultural Day in Luxembourg and are grateful for the generous support of Mom's Kitchen," said Saad Siddiqui, a PFL representative. "This event is an exciting opportunity for the Luxembourg community to explore Pakistan's rich culture through food, art and music while also supporting important charitable causes."
