ASTI, a non-profit organisation supporting migrant workers in Luxembourg, has announced it is organising, in collaboration with Syndicat d’Initiative Eich-Dommeldange-Weimerskirch, a monthly language café at Drescherhaus cultural centre in Luxembourg-Dommeldange.
This event receives logistical and financial support from the City of Luxembourg, and will offer monthly language cafés at the Drescherhaus cultural center.
Interested people will have the opportunity to discover and practice different languages in a relaxed way and to form new friendships with participants from diverse origins. At each conversation table, learners will be able to speak another language: French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Luxembourgish, etc. These meetings will therefore constitute a pleasant activity for putting into practice or perfecting their linguistic knowledge in an informal and extracurricular setting.
The language cafés will take place at 19:00 (each lasting around 90 minutes) on the following dates:

- 27 November 2024
Please note that the session on 26 June 2024 will take place at Parc Laval, weather permitting.
The address is: Drescherhaus cultural center, 26a, rue du Château, L-1329 Luxembourg-Dommeldange. To reinforce the convivial nature of these evenings of exchange and meetings, each participant will receive tokens allowing them to have two free drinks.
Participation in language cafés is free and open to all, but registration is required (at the latest before the language café is set to take place).
