Luxembourg's Brasserie Nationale, also known as the Bofferding Brewery, has announced it will open its doors on Sunday 15 October 2023, from 14:00 to 18:00, for a day of discovery, beer tasting and celebration in Bascharage.
Behind-the-scenes brewery tours will take visitors on a journey through the entire beer-making process, from the raw materials to the final product for the craftsmanship behind Bofferding, Battin, Funck-Bricher and Lodyss mineral water.
The event will offer a beer festival where an extensive range of beers from the aforementioned brands will be available for sampling. A “Gëlle Flûte” workshop will show guests the “secrets of beer pouring”.
Musical entertainment will also be available, as will dining options, food trucks and drink stands to supplement the beer-tasting experience. Child-friendly activities will be on offer as well, including balloon sculpting and face painting.
A shuttle bus will be available from the BorgWarner parking located at 274 Avenue de Luxembourg in Hautcharage. The Bofferding Brewery is located at 2 Boulevard J-F Kennedy, Bascharage.
