The Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to gender inclusion on its premises in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie (9 Rue du Laboratoire, L-1911) on Tuesday 29 November 2022 from 16:30.

This is the third and final event of the LHoFT's year-long campaign on gender diversity. The event will focus on and discuss the internal, subconscious challenges for gender inclusion, such as self-limiting beliefs, fear of failure and impostor syndrome.

The keynote speaker will be Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, Paulette Lenert. Other speakers include master of ceremony Giulia Iannucci founder and CEO of KnowThyBrand, Nasir Zubairi, CEO of the LHoFT, and Sev Marcel, Director of Research and Insights at WildBrain and co-founder and host of the Your Day Your Rules Podcast (United Kingdom).

In a panel discussion, moderated by Michael Fernando (a UK-based litigator, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging advocate and podcaster), the following panelists will address the question "What are the main internal barriers that women in finance and technology face and what can be done about it?": Kristen Anderson, Vice Chair at European Women on Boards (Italy); Una Clifford-Bahçecik, Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg); Susanne Schartz, COO of SEQVOIA (Luxembourg); Niccolo Polli, Head of Strategy Europe and board member at HSBC (Luxembourg); Konstance Ziegler, Head of Inclusion and Diversity at KPMG Luxembourg (Luxembourg). The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session.

The evening will continue with networking over drinks and food.
