On Tuesday, 1 October, Canadian musician Bryan Adams is set to play the Rockhal in Esch-Belval in Luxembourg as part of his 'So Happy It Hurts’ world tour; tickets go on sale on 23 February at 10:00.
According to the concert promoter, Greenhouse Talent, even internationally celebrated musicians like Bryan Adams were forced to sit at home during the global pandemic, dreaming of returning to the stage, fuelled by an increasingly growing appetite to get back to playing live. In 2023, he made a successful come-back. After America and Mexico in the spring, it is Europe’s turn this autumn. Adams has a reputation as one of the most exciting live performers on the planet. Someone who has been releasing albums for over four decades, delivering hit after hit such as 'Summer of 69’, 'Run To You’, '(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’, 'Heaven’, 'It’s Only Love’, 'Cuts Like A Knife’, 'Somebody’ or 'Can’t Stop This Thing We’ve Started’, is in a great position to serve up the ultimate song catalogue for a rousing concert night. Adams will also be performing songs from his newest release.
The tracks of his latest album 'So Happy It Hurts’, his seventeenth studio, Grammy-nominated, album with a release in 2022, take on a whole new dimension on stage with the singer and guitarist’s energy and exuberance, his well-oiled band and the fantastic interaction he has with his audience. Over the course of his career, Bryan Adams has racked up millions of album sales and added three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations, a Grammy Award and twenty Juno Awards to his name. Bryan Adams and the live stage are clearly made for each other. Playing the world over makes him intensely happy. In fact: 'So Happy It Hurts’.
