On Wednesday 24 November 2021, Luxembourg's Minister of Justice, Sam Tanson, swore in Thierry Hoscheit as Councillor at the Constitutional Court.
Thierry Hoscheit, who currently serves as Chamber President at the Court of Appeal, will assume his new role on 1 December 2021.
The swearing-in ceremony took place in the presence of the President of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court, Roger Linden, the President of the Administrative Court and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, Francis Delaporte, and the State Prosecutor General, Martine Solovieff.
