Wildgen, an independent business law firm in Luxembourg, has announced the launch of its COVID-19 Toolkit to help companies navigate the current period of global uncertainty.

Given the rate of change in the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, its impact on the markets and the developing regulatory response, Wildgen decided to launch a COVID-19 Toolkit. The aim of this toolkit is to support and ease the lives of companies that are currently facing a series of challenges.

During this tumultuous period, Wildgen’s multi-disciplinary and multilingual teams have teamed up to monitor the evolving situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications for businesses.

The law firm has put in place a COVID-19 Toolkit that includes an email helpline in order to answer questions of companies surrounding the current crisis (COVID19@wildgen.lu), as well as providing specific updates and analysis on relevant Luxembourg legal, tax and regulatory issues relating to the coronavirus outbreak. The toolkit also encompasses a multilingual and regularly updated FAQ page in insurance matters to guide insurers and individuals through specific issues and a webcast series to keep companies appraised of the latest developments. Webcasts are available on Wildgen’s YouTube page and on the COVID-19 Toolkit page. Useful links for companies from all industry sectors also form part of the toolkit.

The Wildgen COVID-19 Toolkit is available at at www.wildgen.lu/covid-19.

The law firm has also recalled that its lawyers remain fully reachable through the email helpline, ready and able to assist local and international companies on questions related to banking, finance, corporate law, dispute resolution and litigation, employment, IP/TMT, data protection, insurance and reinsurance, investment funds and tax.
