On Thursday 2 October 2025, Greenfield, the Luxembourg-based specialist recruitment firm, has announced that Muriel Newton has rejoined the company as a Managing Consultant within its interim and on-demand staffing practice.
According to the company, Muriel Newton originally joined Greenfield in 2015 after relocating to Luxembourg from London. After nearly a decade with the firm, she left to take on a role in Talent Acquisition at an international law firm, where she spent over two years gaining further experience. She has now returned to Greenfield to continue her career in the interim and on-demand staffing field.
"I'm thrilled to be back at Greenfield," says Muriel Newton. "During my time away, I gained fresh perspectives and expanded my skill set, but I never stopped appreciating what makes Greenfield special - the team, the values, and the way we put people at the heart of everything we do. I'm excited to bring my experience back and take on this new challenge in our interim and on demand staffing solutions.”
In her new role, Muriel Newton will focus on developing and leading Greenfield's interim and on-demand staffing practice in the compliance area. According to the company, this represents a natural extension of its services to meet the growing demand for flexible and immediate talent solutions within Luxembourg's funds and financial services sector.
"We're delighted to welcome Muriel back to Greenfield," declared Courtney Charlton, Co-Founder of Greenfield. "Her return speaks volumes about our culture and values. Muriel brings deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and fresh insights from her time at Clifford Chance. Her leadership of our interim and on demand compliance practice will offer clients even greater flexibility and responsiveness in meeting their evolving talent needs.”
Muriel Newton’s return coincides with Greenfield’s recent partnership with Carnegie Consulting, aimed at strengthening the firm’s links between Luxembourg and London.
