BDO Luxembourg has announced the appointment of Alain Lam as its new Managing Partner, effective 1 October 2024.

Alain Lam is taking over from Daniel Croisé, who has led the firm over the past years. Alain will be supported by a newly appointed leadership team, aimed at "ensuring a seamless transition and the continued growth" of BDO Luxembourg.

With over two decades of experience in the financial and corporate services sector, Alain Lam has already been an "integral" part of BDO Luxembourg's success (since joining the firm in 2017 and serving as a member of the executive committee) and heading various strategic initiatives that have expanded the firm's client portfolio, noted BDO Luxembourg. His vision focuses on driving innovation, delivering client-centric solutions with an emphasis on quality and strengthening BDO Luxembourg's position as a leading provider of professional services in the region.

Commenting on his appointment, Alain Lam said: "I am honoured to take on this role and lead BDO Luxembourg into its next chapter.
