The National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3) has announced that it is organising an open exchange for the cybersecurity community at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Friday 5 December 2025, from 09:00 to 17:00.

According to the organisers, this open exchange goes beyond the format of a traditional conference. This gathering is designed as a collaborative space where every participant contributes, shares ideas and helps define the future direction of the community.

Rather than a series of presentations, this event will focus on discussion, dialogue and co-creation. Participants' insights and experiences will play a crucial role in shaping the NC3's mission and activities for the months and years ahead.

To this end, two main forum sessions will be held in parallel on the morning of the event:

  • Forum 1: Strengthening the National Cybersecurity Community
How can we strengthen the national cybersecurity community to better address upcoming market and technological challenges?
Three main angles of discussion: community composition and roles; collaboration dynamics; collective initiatives.
  • Forum 2: Funding Pathways for the Cybersecurity Community: Opportunities and Challenges
How can funding mechanisms best support the growth and competitiveness of Luxembourg's cybersecurity community within the European landscape?
Three main angles of discussion: strategic alignment; accessibility and capacity building; impact and sustainability.

The event targets the national cybersecurity ecosystem at large, such as members of the industry and private sector, members from research, academia and training institutions, as well as members from the public sector and policy makers.
