POST Luxembourg has announced that registrations are now open for the 25th edition of the annual Postlaf charity run, which is taking place on Sunday 12 March 2023 at 10:00.

Organised by the Amicale POST Luxembourg, this year's Postlaf will mark the Grand Duchy's first 10 km urban race of the year. The race starts in the Cloche d'Or industrial zone (Rue Eue Emile Bian) in Luxembourg-Gasperich.

This running race, timed by an electronic chip incorporated in the participant's bib, is open to anyone aged at least fifteen on the day of the competition.

This year's run is the first edition since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to take place in its traditional in-person format. For the past two years, the Postlaf has taken the form of a virtual challenge.

With the LaLux POST4Kids Run, the organisers are also offering two non-competitive routes dedicated to children born between 2009 and 2014 and between 2015 and 2018, with a distance of 1 km and 500 m respectively.

Online registration (open until midnight on 28 February 2023) costs €17; on-site registration is possible on 10 March from 16:00 to 20:00 (€22), 11 March from 10:00 to 18:00 (€24) and 12 March 2023, the day of the race, from 08:00 to 09:30 (€27).

Prizes: 1st place €250 (€500 if the record is broken); 2nd place €200; 3rd place €150. All participants will receive a T-shirt.

For group registrations for companies, send an email to the organisers at postlaf@pt.lu.

Postlaf 2023 will also raise funds for Caritas Luxembourg. Each participant or non-runner can make a personal donation during registration or by bank transfer: CCPL LU28 1111 1164 2323 0000 (reference: POSTLAF).

During the 2019 (pre-COVID, in-person) edition, the Postlaf had 2,340 participants and the LaLux POST4Kids Run brought together 381 children on the two routes.
