On 20 May 2019, SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde presented its 2018 activity report at the General Assembly of the Board of Directors and members of the association in the premises of EY Luxembourg. 

In 2018, SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde funded 26 projects for 19,000 beneficiaries in seventeen countries. These included rights-based programmes, projects offering protection, care and education to children (in Cape Verde, Chile, Ecuador, Nepal, Niger, Uzbekistan, Russia and Zimbabwe), Community Support Programmes for the Protection of Children (in Guinea, Mali, Niger and Senegal) and emergency assistance programmes (in Colombia, Indonesia, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria).

The Luxembourg NGO raised €6,421,122 in 2018 (up 6% compared to 2017) thanks to the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (€2.49 million in management funds), the various municipalities, the European Investment Bank, the foundations housed by the Fondation de Luxembourg, the 3,312 SOS "godparents" (€1.53 million) and donors and partners as well as bequests and estates.
