On Friday 6 March 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported the arrest of two suspected drug dealers in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie and the arrest of a man in Mondorf who had an international arrest warrant issued against him.
According to the police, on Wednesday 4 March 2026, as part of an inspection of licensed premises, the police encountered a man in Mondorf who was the subject of an international arrest warrant. He was subsequently arrested on the order of the public prosecutor’s office and brought before an investigating judge.
On the morning of Thursday 5 March 2026, a police patrol observed two men on Route de Thionville in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie who were suspected of being involved in drug dealing. They were subsequently subjected to a police check. During the search drugs, a mobile phone, cash and a knife were seized. On the order of the public prosecutor’s office, both individuals were arrested and brought before an investigating judge.
