On Wednesday 19 November 2025, the Grand Ducal Police issued a reminder that Byanca Salgueiro Carvalho, a fifteen-year-old girl from Beidweiler, near Junglinster, has been missing since Thursday 9 October 2025.
The initial police report suggested that she may have been in the south of the country, possibly near the French border.
