The Grand Ducal Police have reported that on the evening of Friday 24 October 2025, a robbery took place at a petrol station in Luxembourg-Rollingergrund and have advised that suspects are still on the run.
According to the initial report, at around 20:30 on Friday 24 October, police were notified of a robbery at a petrol station in Luxembourg-Rollingergrund, where two masked offenders stole money and cigarettes while displaying a firearm.
A search operation involving several police units is currently underway and an investigation has been initiated.
Anyone noticing suspicious persons in the mentioned area is asked to contact the police immediately (113).
The police stressed that drivers in the area should not pick up any hitchhikers.
