The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a 74-year-old man has been missing since Saturday 18 October 2025.
74-year-old El Medhi Rafdy was last seen on Saturday at around 15:35 in Pfaffenthal -Luxembourg. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue vest, a blue jumper, black trousers and a beige cap.
The police have advised that El Medhi Rafdy has dementia, may be confused and could be travelling on public transport.
