The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a suspected drug dealer was arrested in a park in Esch-sur-Alzette on Monday 8 September 2025.
According to the initial report, in the late afternoon of Monday a police patrol in a park in Esch-sur-Alzette noticed three men, one of whom walked towards the park exit upon seeing the officers.
The officers stopped them for a check and discovered drugs on two of the three men. One of these two also had cash and two mobile phones, which led to a house search at his residence. During the search, officers seized further drugs, four mobile phones and a knife.
The public prosecutor ordered the arrest of the suspect and officers brought him before the investigating judge on the morning of Tuesday 9 September 2025.
