The Grand Ducal Police have reported that during the night of Tuesday 26 August 2025, a man was injured in a knife attack in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie.
According to initial information, the victim sustained a knee injury after being assaulted with a knife by an individual known to him. He received first aid at the scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
The suspect was located a short time later and arrested on the instructions of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. He appeared before an investigating judge on the afternoon of 26 August 2025.
