The Grand Ducal Police have reported that police officers arrested a suspected drug dealer in Luxembourg City on Sunday 24 August 2025.
On Sunday, at around 22:00, a police patrol on Boulevard d’Avranches in Luxembourg City noticed a man behaving suspiciously when he saw the officers.
The officers decided to stop and check the man but he refused to cooperate with them.
The man was taken to the police station, where officers discovered that he was carrying several sealed packages of drugs.
Following instructions from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, officers arrested the suspect and presented him to an examining magistrate on the morning of Monday 25 August 2025.
