On Tuesday 15 October 2024, the Grand Ducal Police said they had intervened following reports of a "suspicious" individual at the Attert-Lycée in Redange.
The police explained that they had received reports of a "suspicious person" at the school at around 08:20 on Tuesday. Several police patrols and units immediately went to the site to carry out the "necessary checks", which were concluded around 10:50.
"Nothing suspicious was found," stated the police, adding that: "There was never any danger to the people present".
