The Grand Ducal Police have launched an appeal for witnesses in relation to a recent road accident in Kopstal.
At around 13:00 on Sunday 22 September 2024, a serious road accident occurred at the intersection between Rue de Mersch and Rue de Mamer in Kopstal, involving a grey BMW motorcycle and a red Ford Fiesta. The motorcyclist died of his injuries in hospital in the early hours of Thursday 26 September 2024.
Since the circumstances of the accident remain unclear, the police are looking for witnesses. Anyone with relevant information is asked to report to the Capellen police station via tel.: 244-30-1000 or via email: police.capellensteinfort@police.etat.lu.
