MyGuichet.lu, a secure transaction platform for citizens and businesses to carry out their administrative formalities online, has just passed a major milestone: for the first time, more than 500,000 procedures have been sent to Luxembourg administrations via the platform in less than a year.
Managed by the State Information Technology Centre, the technological lever of the Ministry of Digitalisation, MyGuichet.lu and Guichet.lu, its informational alter-ego, act as a point of contact for all interactions between citizens, companies and the Luxembourg Administration and provides them with access to the personal data that the State has about them.
These 500,000 transactions, which represent an increase of over 25% over the past year, further confirm the excellent results achieved by MyGuichet.lu in a recent opinion survey commissioned by the Ministry of Digitalisation on the perception and expectations of citizens in terms of digitalisation.
