The American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) has announced an upcoming event hosted by its Real Estate Committee on "Affordable Housing: Challenges and Solutions for Luxembourg".

The event will take place in the EY Auditorium in Luxembourg-Kirchberg (35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855) on Thursday 10 October 2024, from 18:30 to 21:30.

AMCHAM recalled that, in his recent State of the Nation address, Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden outlined several initiatives to address the country's affordable housing crisis. AMCHAM said it aims to contribute to this debate.

The panel of experts will explore various public-private partnership schemes from other countries, such as Ireland's Housing for All initiatives and France's Loi Pinel, and discuss their potential application in Luxembourg.
