The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) has announced that the "Konscht am Gronn" (Art in the Grund) initiative is returning to Luxembourg-Grund this weekend.

Sunday 5 May 2024 marks the launch of the 19th season of the Konscht am Gronn open-air gallery. Organised since 2006 with the support of the VdL, this outdoor art market is held every first Sunday of the month until October on Rue Münster, on the Grund bridge overlooking the Alzette river.

This market offers visitors the opportunity to discover and acquire various works of art and original creations (paintings, drawings, photographs, ceramics, woodwork, metal, sculptures) by about 20 artists of different nationalities. As in previous editions, Konscht am Gronn will also feature a free concert from 14:00. The National Museum of Natural History (naturmusée) will also participate this year, giving free access to all visitors during the Konscht am Gronn days.

Konscht am Gronn will take place every first Sunday of the month from May to October 2024, from 10:00 to 18:00, on the following dates: 5 May, 2 June, 7 July, 4 August, 1 September and 6 October.

In this context, municipal bus route 23 will be diverted in both directions via Fetschenhof and Pulvermühl; this bus will not serve the Grund district (Stadgronn Bréck bus stop). However, an N23 shuttle to Luxembourg-Grund will be set up from the Luxembourg Railway Station (Gare centrale, platform 1), departing at the same times as route 23.
