Details:

The Festival des Migrations is taking place from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 March 2018 at LuxExpo the Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Organised for 35 years, the festival shows the diversity of citizenship and culture in Luxembourg. Also taking place at the same time is the 18th annual Salon du livre et des cultures du Luxembourg (Book and Cultures Fair) and the 6th ARTSmanif (Encounters of Cultures and Contemporary Arts).

The poster representing the 35th Festival was produced by the graphic designer, illustrator and painter Richard Atlan (Lyon). It is also one of his projects that has been chosen to personify the Book and Cultures Fair. The composition of José Couzy (Paris) was chosen to represent the ARTSmanif. Richard Atlan is an illustrator, graphic artist and independent painter since 1986. Specialised in the creation of posters, he works for publishing and communication. He says of his poster: "In a country, a city, people of all kinds, of all origins, who walk, who cross, who exchange. Words, gestures, smiles, colours, ideas, cultures ... Diversity! It represents the joy of being included, appreciated in the same moving society with the pleasure of participating fully, being fully aware of being its citizens from head to toe!"

Opening: Friday 18:00 - 01:30; Saturday 12:00 - 02:00; Sunday 12:00 - 20:00.
