The 17th International Value Investing Conference (IVIC) is being held on Thursday 16 November 2017 at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Luxembourg-Dommeldange.
The goal of the IVIC is to exchange ideas about value investing among financial professionals in an open and inspiring environment. Additionally, it provides an excellent networking opportunity.
Together with twelve leading speakers from the world of value investing, attendees will experience in-depth views as well as concrete investing ideas. Renowned speakers are, among others, Alex Roepers, Léon Kirch, Thierry Flecchia and Bob Robotti.
The conference is non-profit: all net proceeds will be donated to the Against Malaria Foundation.
Each speaker is allocated 30 minutes to present interesting investing ideas/philosophies and discuss at least one compelling investment in an undervalued company of his/her own choosing. The goal is to understand how different Portfolio Managers/Investment Professionals perform their due diligence and analyse potential companies in which to invest.
