The Single Market Tour, an initiative of the European Commission to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the European Single Market, is set to come to Luxembourg at Place Guillaume II on Tuesday 30 April 2024, from 10:00 to 19:00.

After its launch in 2023 and visiting twelve EU Member States, the Tour will continue its journey to meet the communities of the European Union and highlight the important changes that the single market has brought to EU citizens’ daily lives.

This year, the journey continues with a selection of new destinations across Europe. The Tour will visit thirteen other countries between April and the end of June, to interact with citizens and aiming to illustrate the direct benefits of the single market.

The Single Market Tour will start on 24 April 2024 in Nuremberg, Germany, and will cross Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

On 30 April, the Tour will stop in Luxembourg-Ville. By visiting the interactive installation, citizens can discover the impact of the EU single market on their lives, take part in activities and games, take photos and win prizes.
