The LCGB and MOTORWAY S.A. signed a new collective labour agreement on 16 January 2018.
The agreement signed for a period of two years (until the end of 2020) includes improvements to the working conditions of the 310 MOTORWAY S.A. employees.
These entail the improvement of the bonus system (increases in the quarterly bonus, end-of-year bonus and availability bonus), an additional bonus linked to the seniority of 30 years and an additional day off, increasing regular leave to 27 days in total. The changes also include an additional day off for 10 years of seniority and an additional day off granted from 20 years of seniority as well as commercial discounts for staff (30% on consumables in shops) and a fuel card.
