LUkraine asbl has announced that the second edition of the festival of Ukrainian culture in Luxembourg, "Ukrainian Days" (UA Days), will take place from 6 to 23 June 2023.

The festival, of which Chronicle.lu is a media partner, aims to celebrate diversity and the unity of cultures in Luxembourg while showcasing the richness of Ukrainian heritage.

This event’s second edition will be themed “Living Together”. There are various activities on the agenda, among which:

  • UA Days for Children: Ukrainian children Invite friends – for a day of fun and aventures;
  • Cultural Boom at the Rotondes: concert featuring Luxembourgish and Ukrainian bands, short movies, Ukrainian food and a craft market;
  • GO_A & DJ Mike MC Concert: Go_A concert with the Ukrainian electro-folk band who made it to the top 5 of Eurovision 2021, with tracks hitting the world Billboard and Spotify charts;
  • Ukrainian films: screenings of historical Ukrainian movies Dovbush and Intercepted, the latter being the winner of a Special Award from the Ecumenical Jury at the 74th Berlin Film Festival.

Jacques Schneider, a contemporary Luxembourgish artist, photographer and painter and the Knight of the Order of Civil and Military Merit of Adolphe de Nassau, has a secret special project dedicated to the festival theme, to be revealed soon.
