This extremely refreshing blonde beer has a dense head and is a bright golden colour. Upon tasting, it reveals refreshing aromas while it gradually leaves room for a slight but pleasant bitterness. the little sister of the flagship Gambrinus, the Battin Pils is slightly less alcoholic (5.0%).
Until recently, Battin Pils - formerly branded as Edelpils - has been exclusively reserved for the Horeca Luxembourg market (hotels, restaurants & cafés); it is now also available in all supermarkets throughout the Grand Duchy.
For gourmet meals and other dinners, Battin Pils is a great companion with dishes such as shrimp fritters or vegetable tempura. Served very fresh, it goes wonderfully with Asian cuisine, and also with some cheeses (brie, chaource, fresh goat cheese).
