During December, Cactus supermarkets held a free contest for shoppers in which they could win prizes of trips to five countries representing the origin of five of their suppliers; on 28 December, they presented the winners with their prizes, as follows:
On December 28th, at the La Belle Etoile Shopping Centre, Cactus's Choose Your Journey awards ceremony was held at the La Belle Etoile Shopping Center. Four magnificent trips were put into play by the contest partners.
- Félicie Dienhart will discover the orchards of Pink Lady apples in New Zealand.
- Lynn Havé will discover Panama, the country of Chiquita bananas.
- Paula Pereira will discover the world of Portuguese beer and football in Lisbon with Sagres.
- Claudine Heck-Gilson will go to New York, the city that never sleeps, with M&Ms.
