This Sunday 6 August, Luxembourg city centre and Luxembourg-gare will operate Sunday Opening for shops, with a "vide-grenier"/ garage sale as well.
For these events, free shuttle buses will operte to & from the Schuman, Stade and Bouillon Park&Rides, with the City Shopping Bus also in operation.
Bus lines 1-31 of the city network of buses, plus some RGTR lines, will operate free-of-charge on Sunday across Luxembourg city and the neighbouring municipalities (see http://busgratuits.vdl.lu). This service is offered by the Ville de Luxembourg in collaboration with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure.
The City Shopping Bus, a free shuttle from the Glacis car park to Rue Beaumont, takes an extended circuit on Saturdays and Sundays as the Sunday market is open, and serves the Beaumont bus-stop, as well as the Forum Royal, Hällepull, Cathedral and Kasinosgaass stops. It leaves every 7-8 minutes between 13:30 and 18:30.
