Capellen-based TALK Finance, one of the European leaders in financial translation, will celebrate its 15th anniversary on Thursday 14 September at a casino-themed evening at the Come à la Maison restaurant, which will bring together more than 100 diners.
Founded in 2002 by translation and financial professionals to fill a shortage of specialisation among translators, TALK Finance quickly established itself as a benchmark in financial translation.
Today, the company based in Capellen employs circa 40 staff and regularly collaborates with more than 150 freelance translators. Its clients include the majority of large asset managers and large banking groups based in Luxembourg, as well as in Paris, London, Geneva, Zurich and Frankfurt.
The 2017 annual survey conducted by independent market research firm Common Sense Advisory ranks TALK in 29th place in its list of the 35 largest language service providers in the Western Europe area. It is also interesting to note that TALK Finance is the only provider to be specialised exclusively in finance within this list.
