Property Hunter Luxembourg, recently created by two female entrepreneurs, Audrey Papy and Marylin Deby, is the first company in Luxembourg exclusively focused on property search.
Since property buying can be a demanding and stressful task, especially for those with either limited time for searching or who are new to the market place, the co-founders of Property Hunter Luxembourg have launched the company to offer advice based on a detailed analysis of the criteria and needs of the client. Indeed, the key values supported by both founders are reliability, responsiveness and uncompromised quality of advice.
One of the co-founders, Marilyn Deby, added that: “Simply put, our job is to find for our clients the property of their dreams and share with them our knowledge of the Luxembourg market all along the acquisition process.”
After having taken into account the client’s criteria and needs, Property Hunter Luxembourg starts screening the market and finally selects only those properties that fit the client’s profile. The company is connected to a large panel of property owners and real estate agencies so as to propose the largest portfolio of goods for all tastes and needs.
