Real estate company Square Meter (“SQM”) has announced the opening of new offices in Luxembourg.
Following nine years of success, SQM has decided to broaden the scope of its activities to focus on long-term real estate partnerships in various fields of the Luxembourg real estate industry. Its most recent partnership consists in the development of a new 5,500 m² building in Contern, named “Blue Corner”.
SQM aims to service its clients with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sector allowing solutions covering the entire real estate life cycle. Clients are property owners, developers, brokers, investors and occupiers.
Laurent Cooreman, the founder of Square Meter, has 20 years of experience in the sector in Luxembourg, is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was until 2017 Board Member of LuxReal, Real Estate Association of Luxembourg.
