On Saturday 11 November 2017, between 10:00 - 12:30, the Athenée in Luxembourg-Merl will hold an Open Day for prospective pupils and their parents to discover more about their International Baccalaureate diploma programme.
The Athenée is a Luxembourgish public school that created an IB stream a few years back, starting in 2010. It has now created a new seven-year course of study which encompasses different cycles. Although pupils may enrol in any grade from 7th through 12th, students from the regular Luxembourgish system are strongly advised to join the programme in grade 10.
At the Open Day, a general presentation will be held at 10:00 and will be followed by a visit of the school and its facilities. Those attending will be able to talk with teachers involved as well as current and formed IB students.
