The Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) has announced the 5th edition of “The Entrepreneurial Women Project”.
This project will involve a number of workshops starting on Saturday 29 September at The Office (29 Boulevard de la Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, L-1331 Luxembourg), and on the six following Saturdays, ending with a graduation event on 12 November.
The project aims to activate women from Greater Region of Luxembourg in entrepreneurship by training them on how to set up a new business. Women with no or little knowledge about launching a startup will have a unique opportunity to work with highly qualified and experienced trainers from global consulting and legal advisory companies who will discuss more than 12 different topics such as idea generation, business model canvas, networking, types of business entities, taxation (incl. VAT), business license regulations, insurance obligations, marketing, business etiquette, rental law, credits for start-ups, business plans and fundraising.
More than 45 hours of lectures and case studies will be complemented by testimonial meetings with successful big and small entrepreneurs from the Luxembourgish business scene. As in the previous year, the event is being organised under the patronage of Ministry of Economy of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Polish Embassy in Luxembourg, as well with support from several sponsors.
The project is open to women of all nationalities who have a good command of English (the language of instruction of the workshops). However, the selection of 30 successful participants will be based on the questionnaire included in the registration form.
The enrolment process has just been opened and finishes on 23 June 2018. The fee is €150 for LPCC members and €195 for non-members (including free LPCC membership for year 2019).
