Former UK High Court Judge to Give Talk in Luxembourg on The English Judicial Oath

Sir Michael Tugendhat will be giving a talk on 19 October at 20:00 at the Centre Jean XXIII (52 rue Jules Wilhelm, L-2728 Luxembourg) concerning ‘The English Judicial Oath from 1346 to today’ at an event organised by the Association luxembourgeoise des juristes catholiques.

The event is th opening conference of the Annual Lecture Series on “The role of the judge”. Sir Michael Tugendhat, former High Court Judge, served as the most senior “media judge” in the UK until June 2014. Sir Michael’s book is entitled "Liberty Intact: Human Rights in English Law" and is due to be published by Oxford University Press in December.
