US punk rock band Flogging Molly is set to perform in Luxembourg at Den Atelier on Thursday 7 September 2017 from 19:00.

The Celtic-inspired punk rock band Flogging Molly, founded in Los Angeles in 1997, plans to perform this autumn in the Grand Duchy.

The band is known for the infectious originality of their songs, their creativity and their urgency. They infuse punk rock with Celtic instruments, such as the violin, mandolin and the accordion, and merge blues progressions with grinding guitars and traditional Irish music. The social and political awareness that drives Flogging Molly’s music has never been more prominent than in their new album Life Is Good, the band’s strongest release to date.

The support act of Flogging Molly on their Luxembourg date is Val Sinestra.

Tickets are available online at https://www.atelier.lu/Upcoming-Shows/Flogging-Molly for the price of €29.
